Darke & Taylor has added to its employee benefits scheme, expanding the range of perks available to staff and further demonstrating the value it places on its 180-strong directly employed workforce.
Permanent staff are now eligible to receive a Bupa Health Cash Plan, which can help them claim money back towards some of their and their family’s everyday healthcare expenses, including dental treatment and optical checks.
This is in addition to existing benefits
This new benefit is in addition to existing employee benefits, which include Bupa health insurance, a company pension scheme, 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, annual pay reviews, annual training and development and death in service payments.
