Furthermore, in an industry where the extensive use of sub-contract and agency labour is common, we are proud of our commitment to the direct employment of our site and office staff. This ensures that a skilled and reliable team are on hand at all times.

In 2012 our Managing Director, Paul McNaughton, was appointed as the President of the Electrical Contractors’ Association. As an active member of the ECA’s Education and Training, and Employee Relations Committees, a seat on the national board of the JIB, and Chair of the London, South East and Southern RJIB he was identified as the ideal person for the post who could bring 38 years experience of working in the industry and a passion for skills development.
