Based just outside Oxford and operating in the South East and London, the Company has a healthy order book and is looking to recruit talented individuals to join its team. Due to the ongoing success of our Maintenance / Technical Services Department and several contract wins, we currently have a vacancy for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our in-house Team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The right candidate should hold suitable Gas Safe, OFTEC and ideally have experience of working with Mitsubishi / Daikin refrigeration air conditioning systems including chillers.

The role is varied and working alongside your Electrical colleagues, will involve the servicing and maintenance of all types of Mechanical Building Services such as, but not limited to, gas and oil-fired heating systems, chilled water systems, DX AC systems, domestic water services and mechanical ventilation systems.

We work alongside our in-house Electrical, Data and Fire / Security colleagues to collaboratively and efficiently deliver excellent planned and reactive maintenance services, matching our Clients high expectations in the process, the majority of which return to us for repeat business.

Attention to detail, excellent time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player who leads by example and the willingness to push a little harder, if needed, to achieve the right outcome for the Company / Client, are all pre-requisite character traits for the successful candidate.
