We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

We will provide training to our employees and relevant stakeholders on the risks of modern slavery and how to identify and report potential issues.

REPORTING PROCEEDURES:

We have a clear procedure for employees and other stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery.

COMPLIANCE:

We are committed to complying with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all other relevant laws and regulations.

Our Actions:

  • Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK and to safeguard employees from any abuse or coercion.
  • We will not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude or forced or compulsory labour.
  • We will work with our suppliers and subcontractors to implement and improve their own anti-slavery policies and procedures.
  • We will provide awareness training to staff on the Modern Slavery act 2015 and inform them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.
  • We will co-operate with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities in any investigations into modern slavery.
  • We will continue to take action of embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
