Building Services Training

Elevate sits at the heart of our apprenticeship programme, it is fully embedded in Darke & Taylor, meaning our apprentices benefit from a training environment that is directly aligned with industry standards, live projects and the expectations of our clients as well as business expectations.

Training is delivered by experienced professionals who understand both education and the realities of working in the engineering sector. Apprentices are supported in small groups, allowing for a more personalised learning experience and stronger mentoring. Our mentors also have regular communication with the apprentices site supervisors, to allow them to keep updated on all progress.

BEYOND STANDARD CURRICULUM

Because Elevate is owned and operated by Darke & Taylor, we are not limited to delivering the standard apprenticeship curriculum. We are able to go beyond the framework, offering additional learning, practical experience and we can tailor development to reflect
real site conditions.
